On Friday 7th we’ll celebrate the beginning of the life of St Mary in the womb of her mother, St Anne. It reveals how much care God takes in creating each one of us. We can marvel at how holy Jesus is by thinking about the beginning of the life of His Mother.
There’s a Mass in St Mary’s at 7pm with Bible readings, prayers, Holy Communion and a sermon. As well as the usual crowd we’ll be joined by some of the teenagers (Company and Senior section) from our Boys’ Brigade. After the Mass (which will be about 40 minutes) everyone’s invited to come to the Vicarage for drinks and nibbles (including home made mince pies!).
And if you can’t come on Friday evening, there’s another opportunity to celebrate this Feast on Saturday morning at 9.30am.
